The creative brief for this project asked for a comprehensive digital recruiting plan to help Enviros find therapeutic caregivers. The plan had to incorporate multiple aspects of digital marketing, including social media, email, and online advertising. In addition, it was important to consider the use of video and other creative content. To develop the plan, I studied the needs of Enviros and the target audience for this position. We also research similar programs at other organizations. Based on my findings, I created a detailed execution plan that included a mix of paid and organic tactics. I also developed a budget and timeline for implementing the plan. Overall, the goal was to create a comprehensive recruiting strategy that would ultimately help Enviros find the best caregivers for their patients.
